Collection

This order type is for collecting a product from a home or office address and returning it to the GroWrk warehouse.

Standard Collection

1. Select the menu icon and select Collection.
2. There will be a pop-up to confirm the reason for the collection request. Select Standard Collection. Selecting the other options will direct you to the Maintenance and Offboarding flows.
3. Provide a reason for the request. Select Continue.
4. Indicate whether the product will need a legal hold. This option will only be applicable to workstations. Select Continue.
5. Review your request. Select the checkbox to agree to the terms and conditions, then select Confirm.

Bulk Collections through Employee Profile

Bulk collections can be made if multiple products are located at the same address.

1. In the Products tab, select Manage and then Request Collection.
2. Confirm the collection address of your employee to proceed.
3. All products that are active with the employee will be listed. Using the checkbox, select which products you would like to collect.
4. Review the employee’s personal and contact information, address, and the selected products. Select Confirm and an order will be placed.

Office Collection

1. In the Office Inventory, use the menu icon to select Request Collection. You will be navigated to the Office Collection flow.
   
   If you select multiple products using the checkbox column, use the Inventory Actions button and select Request Collection.
   
2. First, confirm which products to include in the collection. The product you selected in the Office Inventory will be pre-checked, and other products in the office will be displayed so you can add more items to the order.
   
3. Enter a reason for your collection request.
   
4. Select how products will be packed for pickup. You have three options:
   • Using GroWrk materials: GroWrk will ship boxes to you before pickup.
   • Individually (Company-supplied): Your company will supply materials and pack products individually.
   • Grouped (Company-supplied): Your company will supply materials and pack multiple products per box.
   
   Please provide the dimensions of your company-supplied boxes.
   
   
5. If products in the collection are subject to a legal hold, you can indicate them here. Use the toggle to enable the hold and enter any necessary notes. You'll be able to view legal hold details and end or extend the hold in the product page.
   
6. Review the collection order details and read the guidelines below. Select both checkboxes to acknowledge you've read and agreed to the terms. Then select Confirm to place the order.
