Shipping Services
Learn about GroWrk’s expedited and overnight shipping services for Assign to Employee and Swap by Assign orders.
Request Service
The expedited and overnight shipping services are only available for Assign to Employee orders. There are three starting points to request expedited shipping: assign through the Inventory, assign through the Employee Profile, or the Swap by Assign process.
The option to request the service will only be visible in certain regions. Pricing for shipping services will differ depending on the region.
Expedited shipping is available in the following regions:
- United States
- Brazil
- Canada
- Colombia
- Costa Rica
- Mexico
- India
- Ireland
- Australia
Overnight shipping is available in the following regions:
- United States
Assign to Employee via Inventory
- Select a product that is ready for use, then select Assign to employee.
- The Assign to Employee modal will appear. Select an employee.
- Select a delivery address.
- Select a shipping option. Shipping options will only be displayed if the service is available in the region the product is being shipped in. Select Confirm to place the order.
Assign to Employee via Employee Profile
- Navigate to the employee profile and select the Products tab then select Assign Product.
- In the Assign to Employee modal, make your product and address selections.
- Select a shipping option. Shipping options will only be displayed if the service is available in the region the product is being shipped in. Select Confirm to place the order.
Swap by Assign
- When starting the swap request, select Use My Inventory Pool.
- Select a product from your available inventory.
- Once at the confirmation step, you will be able to select a quick delivery option in the Collection and Delivery Address section. Select Finish to place the order.
Placed Orders
Once an order with expedited or overnight shipping is placed, the shipping option will be shown in the order page.
In the Orders table, you can view the shipping types of your orders by Standard, Overnight, or Expedited.
