CSV Uploads
Overview
There are several uses for CSV files on the GroWrk platform. Upload information efficiently using our templates (provided below) for each CSV type.
Input Types
Use the provided Reference Tables for guidance for the type of input that can be used. Note that inputs types that are NOT labeled as text are limited to the options displayed in that block.

Be mindful of formatting for certain input types (dates, phone numbers, country code). Examples of these inputs are listed on the very right column.
Example: This is the MDM row in the reference tables. The column on the right is the Type which lists all the possible inputs that that it is limited to. If a device is not enrolled in any of these MDM but is enrolled in another that isn’t listed, it will not be recognized in the platform if inputted in the CSV.
Ready for Use
This CSV is for uploading existing devices that are ready for use to manage in the platform. You can also request for GroWrk to collect these devices to store. Find the template here.
Each uploaded device requires the following information: country, display, memory, MDM, processor, storage, product title, product type, and who it is managed by.
Note the input restrictions for: MDM, physicalInspection, powerInspection, type, and managedBy.

Active Workstations or Products in Use
This CSV is for uploading documentation of existing workstations that are assigned to current employees. The information includes both device information and employee information. Find template here.
Uploaded active workstations requires the following information: an address, city, country, employee email, employee name, state, team they are assigned to, zip code, MDM, product title, product type, and who it is managed by.
Note the input restrictions for: country (alpha2code), physicalInspection, powerInspection, type, managedBy, and MDM.
